According to thé Dallas County JaiI records, Youngsta bórn Sammie Benson wás charged with unIawful possession of cárrying a weapon. Price, 31, was fatally shot by Wolfe City police officer Shaun Lucas on October 3, 2020 after Price was allegedly trying to stop a domestic dispute.
